Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026This policy covers the Twofold website (paint-us-together.agistri.app), run by TKN Studio.
What we collect
- Your photos — the photos you upload, used only to create your portraits.
- Your answers (who is in the portrait, occasion, style, setting) to create the result you asked for.
- Your email — to keep your portraits and credits under your account and to send order messages. Product news only if you tick the box.
- Ad-click details (campaign and ad name, Meta click identifiers) and basic technical data (IP address, browser) to measure our ads and prevent abuse.
- Orders: you enter payment details on Dodo Payments's checkout (Dodo Payments is our reseller and Merchant of Record); we receive only the order details — email, plan, amount, country — never your card.
Your photos
Photos are stored in Google Cloud and sent to our AI provider fal.ai only to generate your images. We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, we do not create face templates or use them to identify anyone, and we do not sell them. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and portraits after 30 days. Email info@agistri.app to have them deleted sooner.
Preview and reminder email
Your portrait is painted right after your questions and photos, before you pay, and is shown to you only blurred until checkout. If you don't finish checkout, we send one email with your blurred preview and a link back to your order (the email step says so). You can unsubscribe from it at any time; product news only if you tick that box. The blurred preview is kept as long as the portrait itself (30 days).
Advertising measurement
The website uses the Meta Pixel (in Europe and Turkey only after you accept) and we send Meta a hashed, unreadable version of your email to measure our ads. Your photos are never shared with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep order records as long as your plan is active plus the refund window. Email info@agistri.app to have your email, answers and images deleted at any time.

Children
Twofold is for adults (18+) and must not be used with photos of children.
