FAQ
- When do I get my portrait? Usually before checkout: we paint it from your photos in about 20 seconds and show you a blurred preview. Checkout unlocks the same portrait, sharp and in full resolution, in your private studio page right away. If the preview isn't ready, it's painted right after checkout, in about 20 seconds. Bookmark that page; it's your link back.
- I closed the page. Email us from the address you ordered with and we'll send your studio link.
- Will it renew? No. Every plan and credit pack is a one-time payment, so nothing renews.
- Refunds? Full refund within 14 days — email us or use customer.dodopayments.com.
- My photos? Deleted after 7 days and never used to train AI.
