Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026Twofold is made and operated by TKN Studio. Orders on paint-us-together.agistri.app are processed by our reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record.
- Within 14 days of your first payment: full refund if you're not happy with your portrait, for any reason.
- If your portrait can't be created and we can't fix it, you're refunded in full. Credits used on a creation that fails come back to your account automatically; if a result came out wrong, email us and we'll return its credits.
- How to ask: email info@agistri.app from the address you ordered with, or find your order at customer.dodopayments.com. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
